Overview
pagemarkr is an early-access product. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how to contact us about it.
Information We Collect
When you request early access, we collect the information you submit:
- work email address;
- role or team type;
- the bug workflow problem you describe;
- source page, referrer, and UTM parameters when available.
We may also process basic technical data such as browser user agent, Cloudflare request identifiers, approximate country, and security challenge signals used to protect the form from abuse.
How We Use Information
- to respond to early-access requests;
- to understand which teams are a fit for pagemarkr;
- to improve website content, product positioning, and onboarding;
- to prevent spam, abuse, and fraudulent submissions;
- to maintain basic operational records.
Service Providers
The planned production setup uses Cloudflare for hosting, security, bot protection, analytics, and form storage. Cloudflare may process technical information to provide those services. We may also use an email provider such as Resend to send internal notifications or follow-up messages.
Analytics
We plan to use privacy-focused analytics to understand traffic patterns, page performance, resource-page usage, and conversion paths. We do not use website analytics to sell personal information.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers that help us operate the website, secure submissions, store records, and communicate with people who request access. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
Retention
We keep early-access submissions for as long as needed to evaluate product fit, follow up, improve pagemarkr, and maintain reasonable business records. We can delete a submission earlier when legally required or when we no longer need it.
Your Choices
You can ask us to review, correct, or delete your early-access submission by contacting us at hello@pagemarkr.com. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
Children
pagemarkr is intended for business and product teams. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product, vendors, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
